With over 20 years of global experience in professional service firms, Nicole ensures Schulte delivers a superior client experience while fostering a consistent business development mindset across all professionals, enhancing brand differentiation. Previously, as Global Head of Client Experience and Market Development at KPMG, she spearheaded a global sales transformation across 150 member firms, providing business development, sales transformation, and leadership coaching. Nicole worked as a Client Relationship Executive for Deloitte and as a Certified Practicing Accountant has held senior accountant roles in the financial services sector, beginning her career as an auditor for Ernst & Young.

Coaching, skill set and discipline. The learning zone: How far can people change people they spring back? People stay in their comfort zone because it’s easy. Building deep relationships with everyone. Not bringing in too many details at once.

Technology fuels transformation. Start them small, then build them up some bigger stuff like CRM. Don’t start with the big stuff or you scare them away. The power of discipline. What she’s using now is not the end goal, it’s part of the journey.
