Marketing intern, UK office
Here at Passle, we are looking for a bright, curious, and ambitious individual to come and join our marketing team for some exciting workplace experience. This is a fab opportunity to develop new skills and gain some first-hand experience in marketing and advertising as our new intern. This role would be particularly well suited to someone who is interested in pursuing a career down a marketing/advertising path and is keen to get some work experience alongside their current studies.
You will be joining a first-class marketing department who will ensure you get a real breadth of experience across the board. You will get to know our product, our clients as well as learn how we go about promoting Passle and attracting new business.
For the right person, we will offer a great range of experience to add to someone’s repertoire whilst working in a fun, dynamic and creative environment. We are also open to exploring more long term/full time opportunities later down the line.
What does the role involve and what would you be doing?
Your role will focus on working with and supporting our marketing team of three to expand on existing success with advertising campaigns across digital platforms including LinkedIn and Google AdSense network. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Video/podcast/content editing to produce effective digital advertisements
- Working with the marketing team to support upcoming events across both UK and US
- Use design skills to create engaging visuals for social media and event materials
- Monitor content and suggest optimisations
What skills do you need?
We’ll teach you all about how to do the job here, so it’s more important you come with some core strengths, behaviours and skills that you’ve gained from university or through a part-time job alongside studying. Here are some things that we’ll be looking for evidence of:
- Studying for a degree related to Marketing/Advertising/Business
- Some design/editing skills e.g., Canva & Photoshop

What about role logistics?
This role will predominantly involve remote working, but we would like the successful individual to be able to travel to our Oxford office from time to time to meet the team/wider business. You will also be given the chance to attend some of our UK events which will be great experience to see how we run successful events for our clients.
The role will be paid on an hourly basis, and we are currently looking for someone who can commit to 4 hours of work per week.
As we are heading into our busiest period of the year from a marketing perspective, we would ideally like to get someone onboarding as soon as possible!
