Passle is a fast-growing enterprise SAAS company with an established market presence and a huge addressable market. Our technology is a superb solution for larger law firms and strategic consultancies. We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Representative to help us expand across the US, building on the success of our product in Great Britain. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and hardworking individual with a background in sales/business development, who has a keen interest in joining a successful and dynamic enterprise SAAS company and wants to play an integral part in their business expansion.

What does the role involve and what could you be doing?

Your role will be to source leads through innovative prospecting and close deals by managing the full sales cycle to increase our revenue and client base. You’ll be directly responsible for the retention and expansion of our US client portfolio. Each and every one of us is responsible for evangelising our product and we’ll inspire you to do the same from day one.

Our ideal person will have some experience in sales, developing new business and prospecting new clients. You must be a reliable professional, able to strike a fine balance between client delivery and driving business results. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long term profitable relationships across the US.

You’ll start by getting to know our product intimately through our extensive onboarding and training and we will expect you to develop your 30, 60, 90 day plan with your manager in order to set yourself up for success.

About the role

  • Create detailed business development plans designed to sell Passle to law firms across USA Manage the entire sales cycle from mapping out targeted clients to closing deals
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through extensive networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Attend relevant networking events to increase brand visibility within our target markets
  • Present/pitch products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximise client loyalty
  • Remain in regular contact with your client to ensure they renew and work with our Client Success team
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Manage and update the CRM to the highest standard
  • Know our product intimately and evangelise this

About you

  • Proven experience in a full sales role
  • Demonstration of successful prospecting and lead generation
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
  • Organisational and time-management skills
  • Stamina for working hard and continuously learn new things
  • Strong emotional intelligence, a team player and brings positive energy
  • Comfortable presenting to audiences and senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Able to keep up to date with current trends

What about COVID-19?

Passle has been fully remote since March of 2020 and allow flexibility to accommodate where employees feel most comfortable to work. For all new recruits, the same applies and we will also ensure that you have the right equipment you need to do your job remotely. When it is safe to do so as per governmental guidance, there will be regular in-person team meetings which will be organised in advance to allow employees to plan accordingly. You will also be expected to travel to client meetings as and when necessary but again, only when is deemed safe to do so. You will have daily catch ups with your respective team and Manager and we also have a weekly company-wide team catch up on Friday to share weekly successes and company news.
