The Passle Hero Academy was our inaugural user group event, on 1st February 2017 at WeWork Moorgate. Attendees had the opportunity to fill up on useful tips and tricks to make the most of Passle, and got a sneak peek at upcoming features. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet other Passle users, exchange ideas and collaborate.
There were seminars, a drop-in surgery and a talk from Dr Claire El Mouden on Why KPIs and annual bonuses don’t alter behaviour and are a waste of money.

About our keynote speaker:
Dr. Claire El Mouden’s research was described by the Financial Times as ‘silo busting’ because she seeks to break down the traditional disciplinary divides between science and social science. Having gained an MPhil in social science from Cambridge, she undertook a DPhil in Biology at Oxford University researching the evolutionary origins of human social behaviour. Upon completing her DPhil she was awarded a fellowship in the Sociology Group at Oxford University’s Nuffield College where she went on to work with economists, social scientists, anthropologists, biologists and psychologists that study how people make decisions. She now works as a researcher and teacher both at Oxford University’s Department of Zoology and Blavatnik School of Government, and as a consultant to businesses that want to benefit from the latest behavioural insights research.
