Rich is an intern at CCgroup, a London-based B2B tech PR agency. He’s been there for 18 years and was mysteriously made CEO eight years ago. In 2016, Rich started the world’s first B2B insights agency, Aperture, working with a team of Chartered Psychologists, behavioural econometricians and strategists and gets to feel intellectually inadequate on a daily bases.
